Leona Evans is a motivational speaker, teacher, peace builder, and co-author The Evolving Peacemaker: A Commitment to Nonviolence, Nothing is Too Good to Be True! 7-Steps to Personal Freedom and Creative Fulfillment, and Spirituality & Self-Esteem. She has also released the 2-CD set Meditations for Transformation: Awakening the Soul through the Enneagram.

Leona Evans holds a Master of Arts in Religious Studies and a certificate in Conflict Management and Peacebuilding from the United States Institute of Peace. She is an international speaker, life coach, peace activist, and has been minister at Unity of San Luis Obispo, California for 24 years, where she has taught numerous classes on the power of the mind to shape our destiny. Leona has traveled extensively as a keynote speaker, and her compelling messages have been heard on radio and television stations throughout the world.
From Avery Fisher Hall in New York City to convention halls in Moscow, Russia Leona has shared her powerful and positive messages that have helped change the lives of thousands of people.

Evans is a former Broadway actress, recording artist, and cabaret performer, whose theatrical career of more than thirty years began when she was a small child.
Evans is the proud mother of musician, filmmaker, and actor Matthew J. Evans, whose rich contributions to this volume have added “author” to his considerable list of accomplishments.
